Welcome.
Hi, I’m Jaclyn. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. My focus is helping women and couples create more trusting, secure relationships with themselves and each other.
My style of therapy is dynamic and informed by the past/present state of the nervous system. I help my clients expand their awareness, engage with mind-body practices, and find more joy and connection in the present.
Let’s make therapy SIMPLE, eh?
Listen — I love to read and learn. I nerded out on theory in my grad program. But many of us are READY for ACTUAL change when we seek out a therapist.
I use education (books, podcasts, articles), exercises and practices, and an approach grounded in our fundamental human needs for safety, belonging, and connection to make therapy translate into real-world results.
-
I work with women struggling with a variety of challenges, from anxiety and depression to self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, past traumas, and religious trauma recovery.
-
Support for women going through the tender get tumultuous transitions of TTC, pregnancy & postpartum.

My work with couples ranges from communication issues, past wounds, navigating big transitions together, co-parenting, as well as sex and intimacy challenges.

I believe in full transparency — here’s where you can learn about my fee structure.
