Human beings are relational. We may live in a hyper-individualistic culture, but our true nature is to exist in a web of interdependence. That’s why it is so distressing when our relationships are struggling — they are crucial to our well-being.
Many clients seek out therapy because they feel disconnected — from themselves, from partners, from friends. I help clients recognize their needs, understand their attachment patterns, learn relational skills, and deepen connections.
I work with women individually, and I see couples for marriage and couples counseling. I also gladly welcome friends or family into session as clinically appropriate as a way to enhance the work.

Friend, I am with you in the trenches! While I have been curious about what makes a relationship work since very young — I have really struggled to find a healthy ways of relating. I was prone to conflict-avoidance, self-abandonment, and codependency. In fact, I didn’t even realize all this was happening until I landed on the other side of divorce.
Sometimes it takes hardship for us to grow — and that was my case! I took this opportunity to change my life, break my patterns, and embark on my dream of becoming a therapist.
I work with couples, women & mamas — and it’s my goal to help clients find their way to more secure, trusting, and joyful relationships.
