Hi, I’m Jaclyn Zeal, LMFT.
I am a licensed trauma-informed relationship therapist, a writer, a creative — and I believe that our relationships are worth investing in.
I work with individuals and couples to heal past traumas, learn new ways of relating, become more mindful, and establish deeper connections.

I begin with the belief that you are already whole.
You don’t need me (or anyone else for that matter) to heal you. Instead, we work together to locate what stands in the way of your experience of wholeness. We do this by exploring your earliest relationships, your ability to trust yourself and others, processing past hurts & building a better relationship skillset.
My core values as a therapist:
Maintain presence & curiosity
Integrity — anchored in what is honest and authentic, even when it’s uncomfortable
Courage to dig deeper & challenge with kindness
Radical consent — clients stay empowered in the relationship
Committed to my own growth & learning
Who I work with:
Individuals
I work with clients struggling with a variety of challenges, from anxiety and depression, to self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, past traumas, and religious trauma recovery.
Couples
My work with couples ranges from communication issues, past wounds and infidelity, navigating big transitions together, co-parenting, as well as those wanting to divorce / uncouple consciously.
Friends & Family Members
As a relationship therapist, my individual clients are welcome (encouraged, even!) to bring in partners, family members, and friends to session when appropriate. This enhances our work and can create beautiful moments of connection.
I’m currently practicing at Sacred & Free Psychotherapy and Wellness.
I meet with clients in-person and virtually at Sacred & Free Psychotherapy and Wellness in Collegeville, PA, and I virtually see clients throughout PA.
